Transportation isn't just where I've spent my career — it's where I grew up. I was born into a family of logistics professionals and have been surrounded by it my whole life. That's given me an instinct for how these businesses actually operate.
My background also spans running engineering, professional services, training, and support teams, standardizing systems across 600+ carrier environments, applying data analytics to highlight where operations are underperforming, and reviewing business processes directly with clients to find where profit is being lost.
